CHANGES TO ORDERS:
Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of submitting the order.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING:
We ship orders in the US through FedEx Ground Service. Orders are shipped within 24 hours of confirming the order. We are closed Sundays and all Holidays. You'll receive an E-mail confirming your order. You will receive tracking information directly from the carrier after your order is shipped. Please make sure you provide us with the most recent valid e-mail address for contacting.
The average shipping time for FedEx Ground delivery is 2-5 business days. If you need to upgrade from FedEx Ground service, please make a note in the comment portion of the order form as to the date the order is needed by and we will manually upgrade the shipping selection to air delivery. Please be advised that upgrading from FedEx Ground to FedEx 2nd Day Air or FedEx 3 Day Air is at least double the FedEx Ground shipping fee.
Shipping/handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total when the order is ready to ship. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment.
DAMAGES / DEFECTS:
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact d.internoscia at email@example.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
At this time, we are not able to do consignment.
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card/bank account has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your in your Card Account. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by d.internoscia and accept d.internoscia’s decision regarding the cancellation.
Cancellation within 24 hours of purchase:
You can cancel the order within 24 hours of your purchase or before the order has been dispatched (whichever is earlier) by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. The cancellation will be effective within 24 hours and you will get a confirmation email. If your order is cancelled after your credit card/bank account has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your in your card/bank account.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by d.internoscia and accept d.internoscia’s decision regarding the cancellation
Refusals: Refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable orders will result in charges for any additional shipping expenses incurred, as well as a 25% restocking fee.
CREDIT CARD DETAILS:
You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services from d.internoscia will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card which is not lawfully owned by you i.e. in a credit card transaction you must use your own credit card.
You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details to d.internoscia.
Further, the said information will not be utilized and shared by d.internoscia with any of the third parties unless required by law regulation on court order.
FRAUDULENT /DECLINED TRANSACTIONS
- d.internoscia reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the site and any other unlawful acts or acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions.
- internoscia reserves the right to recover the cost of goods collection charges and lawyers’ fees from persons using the site fraudulently.
COLORS & ADVERTISING TRAILERS
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on the Site as accurately as possible. However as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
MODIFICTION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
d.internoscia may at any time modify the User Agreement without any prior notification to you. Subsequent to any modification of the User Agreement we will inform you of the modifications in the User Agreement via e-mail at the address provided by you while registering with d.internoscia.
In the event the modified User Agreement is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the service. However if you continue to use the service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified Use Agreement.
This User Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or d.internoscia.
